14-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Defective or damaged items (full refund or replacement)
- Items shipped in error
What Cannot Be Returned
- Used or opened consumables (mineral blocks, food supplements)
- Items damaged by misuse or improper care
- Items returned after 14 days
How to Request a Return
Email orders@lumibirdco.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and the item, then email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
